Washing Machine Cabinet: Countertop or Tall?

The washing machine corner in a bathroom presents one of two problems. Either you want to tidy the surround and gain a useful top surface (countertop cabinet), or you want to gather detergent, towels and cosmetics in one piece of furniture above the machine (tall cabinet). Which Scenario?

If your bathroom is compact or the machine cannot be moved, the countertop model closes the gap around it and creates an 89 cm high surface for daily detergent, softener or a small plant.

If you want the whole bathroom inventory in one unit, the tall cabinet offers three zones: a closed upper compartment for spare detergent and rarely used items, two open shelves rated at 15 kg each for shampoo and frequently used bottles, and the machine niche below. The open-back design lets air circulate and significantly reduces the risk of swelling in humid rooms. The tall cabinet has 20 cm rust-resistant aluminium handles and must be secured to the wall; the fitting is included.
