Is the factory audit a paid service?
Yes. On-site audits are a professional consultancy service. We send a fixed quotation based on location and scope, and the fee is paid before the visit.
Can I use only one part of the service?
Yes. Many buyers start with a single audit, or with consolidation of suppliers they already work with.
Can you audit a supplier that is not in your network?
Yes. We visit the manufacturer you name and report what we find.
Can I add Enda Home furniture to the same shipment?
Yes. That is how most partners use the service: our furniture plus complementary products in one load.
Which products do you not source?
Anything outside home, living and furniture. We stay within categories we understand and can inspect properly.
